Charing Cross Underground: Directions out : Take Exit 2. At top of stairs turn right- this takes you down Villier’s Sreet, The Arches is 100 meters down, on the right.
Charing Cross B.R: As you exit the ticket turnstiles there are stairs immediately on the right corner – They take you down to Villier’s street right next to The Arches.
